Billing

Billing covers your subscription plan, monthly invoices, payment methods, and usage tracking. Everything related to what you owe and how you pay lives in one place.

Where to find billing

Open the settings menu in the top right of the admin UI and choose Billing. The billing dashboard shows your current plan, current-period usage, the next invoice, and your payment methods.

Available plans

Commerce Kitty offers four standard plans:

  • Free. A starter tier for new sellers and people evaluating the platform. Includes the core sync engine with conservative usage limits.
  • Starter. For sellers with regular order volume on one or two channels. Includes all core plugins and standard reports.
  • Growth. For multi-channel sellers who need higher usage limits, advanced reports, and priority support.
  • Pro. For established sellers with high volume, unlimited channels, and access to every feature.

Enterprise customers with needs beyond Pro can contact sales for a custom plan.

Current pricing is published on the marketing site. Plans, features, and limits are reviewed periodically.

How usage is calculated

Your plan has a monthly order budget. Every order Commerce Kitty imports or creates counts as one unit of usage. Orders are counted once, no matter how many plugins or channels they touch. Cancelled and test orders do not count.

If you exceed your plan's order budget in a billing period, Commerce Kitty will notify you and recommend moving up a tier. Your sync keeps running so your business does not stop.

Repeated overages will require a plan upgrade. Reach out to the customer success team early if you see a spike coming.

Plan status

Your current plan, billing cycle, and next renewal date. Upgrade or downgrade from here.

Current usage

How many orders you have used in the current billing period and how that compares to your plan's budget. A progress bar makes it easy to see at a glance.

Next invoice

A preview of what you will be charged on your next renewal. This includes your plan fee plus any overage or add-ons.

Payment methods

The credit cards and other payment methods on file. Add a new card, set a default, or remove an old one. At least one payment method must be active at all times on paid plans.

Invoices

A history of past invoices. Download any invoice as PDF for your records.

Billing questions

For questions about a specific charge, plan changes, or custom pricing, contact the support team. Billing questions get answered quickly.
