About Reports
Reports turn your order and catalog data into numbers you can act on. They pull from every channel you have connected so you can see the whole business in one place.
What reports exist
Commerce Kitty ships with a core set of reports:
- Orders. Order volume, revenue, and average order value over time. Filter by channel to compare performance across marketplaces.
- Top Sellers. The products moving the most units and generating the most revenue in a given window.
- Product Trends. How individual products are trending week over week or month over month.
- Customer Analytics. Repeat purchase rate, lifetime value, and buyer breakdown across channels.
- Inventory Snapshot. A point-in-time view of stock levels across all your channels and locations.
How reports update
Most reports are computed in near real time from the same data the rest of the app uses. When an order imports from Shopify, it shows up in your orders report within a few minutes. The inventory snapshot report is cached and refreshes on a schedule because it is expensive to compute.
If a report looks stale, check the timestamp in the corner of the report. That is when the underlying data was last refreshed.
Billing tier and report access
Some advanced reports are only available on higher billing tiers. The Orders report is available to every account. Customer analytics and product trends require a paid plan. See billing for what is included on each plan.
