Dashboard
The dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It shows you what is happening across all of your channels at a glance and points you to the work that needs your attention.
What you see when you have no data
Brand new accounts see a Playground card at the top of the dashboard with a button to launch demo data. This card is replaced by your real data once you connect a channel or run the Playground.
KPI cards
The dashboard displays eight key performance indicators across two rows. Each card shows the current value and links to the related section so you can dig deeper.
Revenue (7 days)
Total revenue from orders in the last 7 days. Includes a sparkline showing the daily trend.
Orders today
The count of orders received today across every connected channel.
New customers (7 days)
The number of new customer records created in the last 7 days.
Open orders
Orders that are not yet shipped or fulfilled. This is your work queue.
Fulfilled today
Orders that were shipped or marked as fulfilled today.
Awaiting payment
Orders that are waiting for payment to clear before they can be shipped.
Ready to ship
Orders that are paid and waiting for fulfillment. These are the ones to print labels for.
Average order value
The average dollar amount of orders over the recent period. Useful for spotting trends in basket size.
Sync health
A panel that shows whether your plugin syncs are running cleanly. If a plugin has stopped syncing or is hitting errors, this is where you find out.
Inventory alerts
A panel that flags products with low stock or other inventory issues. Click through to address them before they cause problems on a connected channel.
Quick actions
Four cards that take you to the most common destinations: Products, Orders, Customers, and Channels. Use these as shortcuts when you know what you want to do.
Recent activity
Two panels at the bottom show your most recent orders and most recent customers. Both link out to the full list when you need more.
