Printful

Printful is a print-on-demand service that allows you to sell custom products without holding inventory. Commerce Kitty integrates with Printful to import your product catalog and sync orders.

Setup

Connect Your Printful Account

1. Log into your Commerce Kitty account
2. Navigate to Settings > Plugins
3. Click New and select Printful
4. Click the Connect with Printful button
5. You will be redirected to Printful to authorize Commerce Kitty
6. Log into your Printful account if prompted
7. Review the permissions and click Authorize
8. You will be redirected back to Commerce Kitty

Features

Import Products

Commerce Kitty can import your Printful product catalog, including:

• Product names and descriptions
• Variants (sizes, colors, etc.)
• Pricing
• Product images

  To import products:

1. Navigate to your Printful plugin settings
2. Enable Import Products
3. Products will be imported automatically

Webhook Sync

Commerce Kitty automatically syncs webhooks with Printful to receive real-time updates about:

• Order status changes
• Shipping updates
• Product changes

Troubleshooting

Connection Issues

If you're having trouble connecting:

1. Ensure you're logged into the correct Printful account
2. Check that you have the necessary permissions in Printful
3. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the plugin

Token Expired

If your access token expires, Commerce Kitty will attempt to refresh it automatically. If this fails:

1. Navigate to your Printful plugin settings
2. Click Reconnect to re-authorize
