Printful allows on-demand printing of products
Printful is a print-on-demand service that allows you to sell custom products without holding inventory. Commerce Kitty integrates with Printful to import your product catalog and sync orders.
Setup
Connect Your Printful Account
Log into your Commerce Kitty account
Navigate to Settings > Plugins
Click New and select Printful
Click the Connect with Printful button
You will be redirected to Printful to authorize Commerce Kitty
Log into your Printful account if prompted
Review the permissions and click Authorize
You will be redirected back to Commerce Kitty
Commerce Kitty uses OAuth to securely connect to your Printful account. Your credentials are never stored directly - we only store encrypted access tokens.
Commerce Kitty takes security seriously. All sensitive data including access tokens are encrypted at rest.

Commerce Kitty can import your Printful product catalog, including:
Product names and descriptions
Variants (sizes, colors, etc.)

To import products:
Navigate to your Printful plugin settings
Enable Import Products
Products will be imported automatically
Webhook Sync
Commerce Kitty automatically syncs webhooks with Printful to receive real-time updates about:
Order status changes
Shipping updates
Product changes
Configuration

Troubleshooting
Connection Issues
If you're having trouble connecting:
Ensure you're logged into the correct Printful account
Check that you have the necessary permissions in Printful
Try disconnecting and reconnecting the plugin
Token Expired
If your access token expires, Commerce Kitty will attempt to refresh it automatically. If this fails:
Navigate to your Printful plugin settings
Click Reconnect to re-authorize
If you revoke access in Printful, you will need to reconnect the plugin in Commerce Kitty.
